Associates(ITA). They are a fully accredited institution through American
Society of Home Inspectors(ASHI), National Association of Home Inspectors(NAHI),
International Conference of Building Officials(ICBO) and other highly respected
organizations across the USA. ITA is considered one of the best if not the
best inspection training schools in North America.
Our membership in the Multiple Listing Service provides us with keys to
access any home that is using a lock box. This saves the realtor time and energy
by not having to be present for inspections, or scheduling time to allow us
access.
